David Bruce

Attorney David Bruce, personal injury lawyer at Belt, Bruner & Barnett, has successfully litigated a wide range of injury claims, including catastrophic personal injuries, automobile accidents, railroad crossing accidents, medical malpractice, and toxic torts, among many others.

For the first eight years of his practice, David represented insurance companies and large corporations. In 2019, he decided to focus on representing individuals and families affected by life-altering accidents as a Personal injury Lawyer.

Before joining Belt, Bruner & Barnett Personal Injury Lawyers, David managed a high-volume caseload as lead counsel at a large insurance defense firm. Because of his experience, David has an intimate knowledge and understanding of how insurance companies and large corporations handle and evaluate injury claims. He uses this knowledge to maximize his clients’ financial recovery.

When not fighting for his clients, David spends most of his time chasing his four young children around the house and the playground with his wife, Mary. He also still enjoys going to Saints and college football games.
